The Skat Shell® 40 mm CS multiple chemical projectile round is intended to fire several CS canisters from a 40-millimeter launcher. It is intended for outdoor usage, has fire-producing capabilities, and has a maximum effective range of 80-100 yards. The Skat Shell 40 mm is intended for outdoor use and features fire-producing properties. It is extensively employed as a crowd management technique, allowing a single grenadier to quickly and broadly discharge a chemical weapon. The Skat Shell has four different submunitions and covers a large area.
